When Chantal noticed a need in her area for people to care for injured and orphaned wildlife, she immediately stepped up. In her fifth year of rehabbing she cares for small mammals, rabies vector species, large carnivores, some birds, and many others - over 1000 animals each year. She's lucky to have assistance from a great group of dedicated volunteers. In addition to caring for animals, they have an education program as well.
