Cindy has always loved animals but they became an even bigger part of her life when she married a man who was helping injured and orphaned animals. She now cares for squirrels, birds, chipmunks, raccoons, skunks and bunnies. She and her husband Sparky are the only rehabbers in the mountain community where Baby Warm is now based. For the past 30+ years, she has been making due with heating pads and hot water bottles. An incubator will greatly increase the survival rate with orphaned babies, especially neonates who don't have fur to keep themselves warm. Cindy loves nothing more than seeing these fragile babies grow up strong and return to the wild to live out their happy lives.
