Diana E.

Diana has always loved animals. As a small child she constantly brought home injured animals and cared for them, including a mink she found in a trap with a broken leg. She brought it home, helped mend the leg, cared for the mink then successfully released him back into the wild. Her parents said they didn't need another kid because her dad had to make so many cages for the animals Diana brought home. As an adult, she trained be a nurse, then changed her focus completely and became an engineer. She retired a few years go, learned the correct way to rehabilitate animals, and now considers wildlife rehabbing her third career. Diana helps squirrels, opossums, skunks and raccoons. She says it's rewarding to rescue, rehabilitate and release them back to the wild where they belong.
