Georgia has been an avid animal lover since she was young. She was fortunate to have parents who were teachers and fostered a deep sense of wonder about the world. As an adult, she studied science and then nursing -- both of which would later help in her volunteer work as a wildlife rehabber. Georgia now cares for raccoons, squirrels, bobcats, coyotes, bats, chipmunks, groundhogs, rabbits and deer. It's so important to her to give back to society by caring for animals in need.
