Jan has a God given passion for wildlife. Always taking in orphaned animals, she became known as the local skunk lady in her neighborhood as she works with a skunk rescue. Her first rescue/rehab was a wet and cold baby squirrel that fell from a tree during a huge storm. Jan put together a homemade incubator from a plastic sweater container, a heating pad set on low, and a pillow case over the heating pad. Over the past 40 years, Jan has saved countless animals -- opossums, squirrels, rabbits, skunks, and raccoons. She says, "God has turned my passion for wildlife into a life long journey of love for all creatures great and small." Let's get her an incubator to keep the most fragile babies warm.
