Judy E.

A retired, Registered Nurse and Director of Nursing, Judy relocated from town to the country and found 2 orphaned raccoons in the woods who needed her help. She raised them to release and was immediately hooked. She obtained her license and cared for 14 orphaned baby raccoons the following year. Every year since, the numbers keep growing as do the new species Judy cares for - raccoons, opossums, 3 types of squirrels, fox, bunnies, and any small mammal who needs help. When her hands aren't full of babies, she also hosts tours for children to nurture their love and appreciation for all animals. In caring for wildlife that is so important to the entire ecosystem, Judy feels that she has found her true calling.
