Kristi has always had such a huge love of animals that her parents thought she would outgrow. Nope! In her first year of rehabbing, Kristi cares for squirrels, raccoons and bunnies. When her hands aren't full of critters, she's a dedicated RN working with Alzheimer's and dementia patients, and a devoted mom taking care of her young son. She says that her life is crazy, chaotic, fun, sometimes heartbreaking, and that animals simply make her heart happy.
