Lindsey was studying to become a Veterinary Technician when she discovered that there was a wildlife rehabilitation center close to campus. She had a budding interest in wildlife medicine after working as a veterinary assistant at a small animal hospital for a few years and knew that she craved something more than just working with companion animals. Volunteering at Wildcat Creek Wildlife Center gave her the perfect opportunity to build her skill set and be immersed in all of the learning experiences she needed to continue her career path with wildlife. Over the last four years Lindsey has gained so much insight into the wonderful world of wildlife, and she has found what drives her passion in the field of veterinary medicine. She loves every creature, big and small, and vows to stand up for those who cannot stand up for themselves, for the rest of her life. As Lindsey embarks on this journey, we'd love to equip her with a Baby Warm incubator for the most fragile babies.
