When Miriam was a very young girl, she saved a baby squirrel and it was just the beginning. Thanks to her mother, Miriam began rehabbing 30 years ago and hasn't stopped since. She cares for opossums, raccoons, fox, bats, squirrels and rats -- over 100 each year. She loves taking care of all wildlife and giving injured and orphaned animals a second chance at life.
