Monique has always loved animals and squirrels in particular have always been very special to her. After attending a presentation at Wild at Heart Rescue, she became interested in wildlife rehabilitation. Knowing there was such a shortage of wildlife rehabbers in her area, she wanted to help out. After her mother, a devoted animal lover, passed away, Monique wanted to rehab animals for her too. She now cares for grey squirrels along with having her hands full as a stay at home of 3 children. She's devoted to family, and to the animals who need her help.
