Patti worked as a paramedic for 18 years until a serious injury ended her career on the ambulance. She decided to dedicate herself to taking care of animals and now rescues and rehabilitates injured and orphaned squirrels, raccoons, rabbits, beavers and fox. Patti feels that making a difference is everyone's responsibility, and for her that means doing all she can to care for animals who need a helping hand.
