Susan has been an animal advocate for as long as she can remember and is so concerned with the effect of increasing human development on wild ecosystems. After studying Animal Science, she was determined to help our wild neighbors and release them back into their natural habitat. Now in her 2nd year as a rehabber, she helps squirrels, bunnies and opossums - about 50 each year. Outside of her volunteer rehab work, she works in human health care and has two awesome adult kids.
