How will this additional incubator help?

At Caitzee’s Critter Rescue & Rehab, we open our hearts and home to the smallest and most vulnerable wild souls—tiny opossums, skunks, squirrels, raccoons, and more—who have lost their mothers or been displaced by human impact. Each baby that arrives depends entirely on warmth, nourishment, and round-the-clock care to survive.
Right now, we’re raising funds for something that could transform the lives of dozens of these little ones: an incubator.
An incubator is much more than a warm box—it’s a lifeline. It provides consistent, safe heat and humidity, mimicking the warmth of a mother’s body and protecting fragile babies from stress, hypothermia, and infection. With this essential tool, we can stabilize injured or orphaned wildlife faster and more safely, giving them the comfortable environment they need to grow strong enough for eventual release back into the wild.
