I am a retired California State Park Ranger Interpreter who interpreted the natural environment in park settings. My career allowed me to be immersed in my passion of educating visitors on our natural world. When I retired in 2018, I began volunteering for Sierra Wildlife Rescue the following year and found my passion realized in taking the next step to rescuing, rehabilitating, and releasing wildlife and educating humans on the effects we all have on our wildlife who are just trying to survive in our human world.
