I’ve always been an animal lover for as long as I can remember, as a kid I’d find animals outside and bring them inside my home, and try and do my best to help them out. As an adult and after my kids graduated from high school, I pursued my passion. I started working at a Veterinary Hospital, first as a kennel assistant, then was trained as a veterinarian technician. While I was there, I fostered numerous cats, kittens, dogs and puppies, that were left at our doors. Then, those animals being left, turned into wildlife being left at our doors. So, I fostered raccoon, squirrels, opossum, birds, chipmunks and skunks as well. We would all take turns tending to all our fosters, while at work. Then home they’d come with us. I have a huge heart and my passion for helping animals, whether a baby or sick and dieing, I help them all, is endless. I can’t picture my life or house without a wild animal in it.
