As a Registered Vet Tech I have always loved to care for animals and just recently have decided to move into wildlife rehabilitation. I live on a farm and naturally stumbled into rehabbing the animals that my family & friends would come across that were injured or in need of help. We have loved helping them get healthy and safely back out into the wild. We found an owl that we had to send off to a local rehabber but luckily made a full recovery and was released happily. From that point on I’ve wanted to learn how to become a rehabber and offer help. Currently I’m an apprentice and thrilled to be started on this journey.
