I am a retired Elementary School teacher. I have always had a passion for animals and a goal to share this love and respect for our environment with children. As I became more involved with conservation programs I discovered how little help there is for wildlife in need. So many of these tiny animals are orphaned, injured and sick right here in our own backyards; often due to human negligence or domestic pets! I decided to get the training I needed to fill this need. I also go into schools and teach free programs to spread healthy awareness of our local environment welfare.
