How will this additional incubator help?

As a volunteer wildlife rehabilitator with Wildlife Rehabilitation Outpost, I’ve learned that one of the most critical treatments for injured and orphaned wildlife is simple—but essential: warmth. Incubators provide that lifesaving support for animals in shock or suffering from hypothermia the moment they arrive.

In the past year alone, I’ve admitted over 90 native wildlife patients into my care. Each one was immediately stabilized with warmth before receiving further treatment. Having an additional incubator would allow me to continue serving Mississippi’s wildlife at a larger scale—ensuring I have the equipment needed to give every critical patient the best chance at survival.
