I got into rehabbing after rescuing a baby raccoon. He was the best experience I think I have ever had. He had to be bottle fed, and he became like a child to me and to him I was his mom. And we completely had that relationship. He knew who I was as soon as he heard me or saw me. I absolutely loved being able to help him and after his release I felt a calling to help as many animals as I can.
