I got into rehabbing when I found a possum who had been hit by a car that when I checked for babies, she ended up having 10. It broke my heart, knowing that these babies would not have made it with the mom being deceased. I took them to one of our local rehabs, and that is where I began helping her take care of these animals that she had in her care. I love animals, and my passion is to save these injured and orphan babies so that I can release them back into the wild.
