A baby possum wandered into Nikki's yard and she called her local wildlife rehabilitation organization for help. She has always loved animals, especially the wild ones which she finds to be so interesting and unique. Nikki loves to see the animals that most people never get to see or touch. She says that holding a wild animal to give it the help it needs is amazing. She finds that she learns so much with each rescue and each new mammal, and taking care of these babies is now a huge part of her life.
